Automatically: IP address, browser, OS, device type, pages viewed, time on pages, click patterns. From third parties: Stripe, Calendly, CRM, analytics providers. We never purchase data from brokers.

To provide and improve Services; communicate about your engagement; process payments; negotiate on your behalf; prepare Savings Summaries; send service communications; analyze usage; comply with law; and protect DrivrShield and users. We will NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Only: with dealerships to perform authorized negotiations; with service providers under confidentiality obligations; when required by law; to protect rights, property, or safety; or in connection with a merger/acquisition with notice.

SSL/TLS encryption, PCI-compliant payment processing, access controls, regular security reviews. No method is 100% secure.

Retention

Engagement records: duration + 3 years. Financial records: 7 years. Analytics: 26 months. Marketing: until you opt out. Request deletion: Info@drivrshield.com, processed within 30 days.
