The Promise

If DrivrShield's Negotiation Support service does not save you an amount equal to or greater than the fee you paid, we will refund your fee in full upon request.

How It Works

At the conclusion of every engagement, we provide a Savings Summary — a documented breakdown of every dollar saved. This includes:

• Price reduction from initial dealer offer to final negotiated price

• Financing rate improvement (calculated over the loan term)

• Dealer add-ons, aftermarket products, or fees we identified and eliminated

• Trade-in value improvement over initial dealer offer

Eligibility

• Deal Review ($25): Savings guarantee — if our analysis cannot identify at least $250 in potential savings on your deal, we refund your $25 in full.

• Negotiation Support ($250): Savings guarantee — if we don't save you more than our fee, full refund.

• How savings are measured: MSRP/price reduction, trade-in value improvement, add-on removal, and interest-rate savings, compared against your original deal terms.

• Documentation required: your original written deal/quote and the final agreed terms.

• Client must not independently alter deal terms during the engagement.

• Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of deal completion.

How to Request a Refund

Email Info@drivrshield.com within 14 days of deal completion with your Savings Summary reference number. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
