A&R Development Group is an Ocala-based, family-owned and operated civil construction and site development company serving commercial and residential projects throughout Central Florida. ​The company began as A&R Tractor Worx and grew alongside the projects it was trusted to complete. What started with earthwork and site services developed into a broader operation capable of supporting multiple stages of civil construction.

Today, A&R Development Group provides underground utilities, excavation, mass grading, drainage, site preparation, parking lot and paving support, hauling, material delivery, Ground Penetrating Radar, and related civil services. The name may have evolved, but the focus remains where it has always been: in the field, getting the work done.
